Effectively provide basic services such as drinking water, roads, sanitation, and healthcare.
Ensure the welfare of women, children, the elderly, and differently-abled individuals.
Strengthen the rural economy by promoting agriculture and small-scale enterprises.
Effectively implement environmental protection and waste management.
Develop digital services and people-friendly governance systems.
Plan and implement development projects with public participation.
This is based on the development vision of local self-governments in Kerala and a people-centric governance model.
